When you contact us on WhatsApp. We receive the phone number you message from, your WhatsApp profile name, and the contents of the conversation — including any payment receipt you choose to send us. We need this to identify your order, activate your subscription and provide support. Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, which we do not control.
When you browse the site. Our server records standard technical information: your IP address, browser user-agent, the pages you requested and the time of the request. This is ordinary web server logging, used for security and to diagnose faults.
