How to Use IPTV

Install the app, send us your Device ID and Key on WhatsApp, and we set the subscription up on your device.

Your subscription arrives on WhatsApp in one of two forms, depending on the app your device uses. Either way the setup takes a few minutes and we do the technical part with you.

What you receive

  • An M3U link or Xtream Codes login — a username, a password and a server address. Most players accept these directly.
  • Or an activation against your Device ID — used by the app families below, where the subscription is attached to the device itself rather than typed into it.

Tell us which device you have and we send the right one. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the app screen and we will work it out.

Which devices work

No dish, no cable line and no new hardware. If it runs a media app and connects to the internet, it will almost certainly work:

  • Smart TVs — Samsung, LG, Sony and most Android-powered sets. App availability varies by model and year.
  • Android TV boxes — the most reliable option, because an Ethernet port means a wired connection.
  • Streaming sticks — Fire TV Stick and Android sticks. Wi-Fi only, so signal strength matters.
  • Apple TV, iPhone and iPad.
  • Android phones and tablets.
  • Computers and laptops — through VLC, Kodi or any compatible IPTV player, on Windows, macOS or Linux.
  • Set-top boxes — MAG, Enigma2, Dreambox and similar.

The player apps

The common apps on Smart TVs and boxes are IBO Player, IBO Xtreme Player, BOB Player and Relax Play. They look different, but they are set up the same way, so one set of steps covers all of them.

Step 1 — Install the app

Open your device’s app store, search for the player by name and install it. On an Android box you can also install it from the Play Store. Ask us if you cannot find it on your model.

Step 2 — Open it and note two things

The first screen shows a Device ID (sometimes labelled MAC address) and a Key. Both are on that screen. Write them down or take a photo of it — that photo is all we need.

Step 3 — Send them to us on WhatsApp

Send us the Device ID and the Key and we upload your subscription to the device for you. You do not need to visit any other website, create an account anywhere, or pay anyone else.

Step 4 — Restart the app

Close the app fully and open it again. Your channels and the films and series library will be there.

If the picture stutters

Buffering is almost always the connection rather than the server. Work through these in order:

  1. Restart your router and your streaming device.
  2. Switch to a wired Ethernet connection if the device has a port. This is the single biggest improvement on most setups.
  3. Pick a lower quality option that matches your connection speed.
  4. Close apps running in the background on the device.
  5. Check nobody else on the connection is running large downloads.

If it continues after all five, message us with your device type and we will look into it.

One subscription, one screen at a time

You may install your subscription on more than one device, but do not stream on two at the same time — simultaneous connections can get the subscription suspended. If you need more than one screen at once, tell us and we will arrange the right plan for it.

Before you pay

Ask for a free 24-hour test and run it on your own device first. You will see the real picture quality and the real channel list before any money changes hands.
